Lesa Engelthaler is an author who lives in Dallas. She has written for publications such as The Dallas Morning News and Christianity Today. A huge reader of children’s literature, and proud member of the Society of Children’s Book Writers and Illustrators, Lesa is thrilled to write her first children’s book.

About Brooke

Brooke O’Neill is a graphic designer and illustrator who lives near Chicago with her husband, two children, and dog, Donut! She has illustrated several children’s books, including Sadie Shark and the Special Shellebration, the Local Baby series, and the Carl Can series. She can’t wait for children to enjoy Joan’s delightful story for years to come!
